the Long Table
Saturday June 20|26 | Intuition & Business
A Modern Village Feast for Women
An ancient tradition, reimagined for modern women
INTUITION & BUSINESS
Saturday June 20 | 26
An evening of honest conversation about:
intuition, business & becoming
Surround yourself with women who are building from themselves, not just strategy.
Women gathering around wisdom, instinct, truth, leadership, and authentic business-building — not just “networking.”
For women building businesses without abandoning themselves.
A space to connect about building businesses rooted in authenticity and alignment.
The Long Table is a gathering for women building businesses, visions, lives, and identities that are deeply their own
For The women craving rich conversations and meaningful relationships.
Honestly, I built The LONG TABLE because I needed it.
I was bored going out in Calgary with the sole focus on drinking just to connect. I was craving something deeper — a different way to be with women, to talk, to feel, to actually connect. And outside of a yoga studio.
I knew there was something more, but I couldn’t find it.
While on a trip to Bali, I had a clear vision: a long table filled with women — laughter moving through the room, wisdom being shared freely, a DJ playing house music, adaptogens in Victorian crystal glassware, and rich, honest conversation unfolding without effort. And did I mention laughter?
I came home and started building it.
In 2018, I hosted the first gathering in my home in Lower Mount Royal in Calgary. We shared food, and I invited a well-known psychic-medium into the space for readings. There were 12 of us.
In 2019, it grew. We named it Cosmic Feast — a feast of cosmic proportions. Over 30 women gathered in a beautiful home in Bowness, with Alice Hong guiding us through a tantric experience. And before you make assumptions — it wasn’t that sexy of a night. It was connection. Deep presence. Eye gazing. Feeding each other dessert. Intimacy in its most human form.
The third Cosmic Feast took place in 2021 in Bearspaw, at Amanda Spicer’s (founder of Pranic Forest) stunning home, with nearly 50 women in the room. Taylor Eyewalker joined us from LA and brought us deeper into embodiment, activating many of you to share your gifts in real time. The incredibly talented Calgary native, Lauren Sanchez also shared her Goddess series of paintings.
Years later, I still receive messages about the impact of these gatherings — and requests for them to return.
So it feels like this:
It’s time.
It’s time to breathe life back into this.
If we haven’t met yet, my name is Trista.
I create rooms and experiences that feel like a remembering through intuitive work, sacred ceremony and horses.
Who The Long Table attracts…
The woman who is tired of surface-level networking, small talk, and environments that feel performative.
The woman who longs for rooms where she can exhale.
Where she doesn’t need to shrink, curate herself, or pretend she has it all figured out.
The Long Table is not about status, perfection, or performance.
It’s about returning to something ancient:
Women gathering together to share stories, wisdom, ideas, nourishment, laughter, and life.
A modern village feast for the women finding their people
